Great place to take you Tesla! They're friendly, keep you informed along the process, provide status patiently upon request, and are fairly accurate about their time estimates on the repair.
I would go back if ever. Recommend.

Let's face it, car repairs cost a lot. Especially a Tesla. Pacific Auto Body made it less painful. They are professional, over estimated to give worse case scenario, (which I appreciated) and explained in detail what would happen with parts and labor. Highly recommend Pacific Auto Body.

A kind soul works here. I don't think he knew about the significance of his deed. It was life-saving. He really shouldn't have because there was a snow storm, he was the only person I could see in the shop, the phones were ringing off the hook, and free time wasn't something you'd have in a time like this. I never even asked your name but will always be grateful.
